Shipping policy

For all Canadian customers, orders will be shipped out within 48 hours and always have expedited shipping methods applied so they arrive within 2 business days of being shipped.

All international orders follow the same guidelines but they arrive within 3 to 10 business days after being shipped due to customs and other logistic delays.

All In-Store Pickups will be ready 24 hours after the order is processed and all local deliveries will be delivered within 24 to 48 hours of your order being processed.

Please note for all Japanese customers that due to the current nicotine import laws in Japan, you may only order up to 120 mL of e-liquid containing nicotine. This may be split in multiple bottles but the total purchased e-liquid volume must be less than 120 mLs or your package may be seized at customs, at which we are not liable.
