At VanGo Vapes, we stand behind our product and believe that Customer Satisfaction is of extreme importance. If you are unsatisfied with our product for any reason, please let us know within 14 days of fulfillment and we'll apply the appropriate credit or refund upon our discretion. We are not taking any products back due to the new environment we operate in and all product issues will be held to the discretion of the customer service associate responsible.
