As an eliquid crafting company, we truly see our retailers as partners in business. Our success is tied together, and just as we try and support the shops as much as possible, we have never forgotten about the dedicated people on the front line. We see the employees of our partners as our employees, and as much a part of the team as anyone else at VanGo Vapes.

With all the refreshing going around, we completely revamped the Employee program. Basically you pop in here once a month and pick your flavors and swag!

If you have any special requests definitely let us know, as well, we have thrown in some cool digital content for your use.

So, what exactly is the employee program?

- You get to pick new flavors monthly, usually about 3 bottles
- You get new swag - we try and change our styles monthly
- Sneak peaks at upcoming flavors! We are constantly working on new flavors as sometimes they take up to 18 months! As they get closer to completion, we send out pre-released flavors for feedback

It is super easy to get started, simply click on the link below and follow the instructions. It would be good to quickly run through the video and FAQ below to make this process as smooth and quick as possible.


who can apply for this program?

If you work at a store that stocks VanGo juice, you are eligible! As soon as your application comes in, we will check with the store owner to make sure everything checks out then you are good to go!

How Do i select and add products into my proposal?

Navigate to the Sponsorships page, then click on either Submit Another Proposal or Submit a Proposal. Scroll down to the "Compensation Section" of the Sponsorship page and click on the dropdown where it says "Select Product". Click on whatever products you would like, choose your nicotine strength and click on the green button that says "Add Product". Repeat for up to 3 different bottles.

How do i link my social media accounts?

When you are setting up your application, on the second page just click on the green "Connect" link and the popup should take you through the process. Please fill in as many social media accounts as you have in order to give us a better understanding of your sphere of influence.

If it is after you have submitted the application, click on "settings" at the top bar of the screen, then scroll down to the bottom of the page where you will see "Social Networks". Find the social website you are updating from the list then click on the green "Connect" link and the popup should take you through the process.

If you are trying to connect your facebook account and you have other pages associated with your account (like a business), please send us an email and we will connect it from the back end.

 How do i submit a task? 

If the task is a post, click on "sponsorships" in the top left corner, then select "My Proposals", then "View Sponsorship" on the next page. It will take you to the Employee Portal where you simply scroll down to the bottom where the tasks are listed. Click on "Deliver this Task" then paste the link of your post or picture and then click on "Deliver Content Link"

Note that as an employee the tasks are not required to continue with the free juice program!

Are the tasks required?

Absolutely not! As a store employee you are already helping us out so the juice and swag comes with no conditions!

How can i get marketing supplies for the store?

At the bottom of the sponsorship proposal page, there is a section called "Additional Information". Enter in whatever you need in this section as well as any other special requests.
